 unlike anything else. Add to that the element of tulle and you 
have a dress that is simply spectacular! 
WHAT WILL NEED
Crochet hook-2.5mm

tulle different colors as per choice

some matched ribbons

INSTRUCTIONS-Make ch 120,for 6 years,join with slip stitch,make big circle.
3 ch,count as a first c(double crochet)
1 dc into every next single stitch,make same st in 5-6 rows.

1 dc,1 ch,skip next stitch.make same pattern 2-3 lines...

cut tulle in equal length,and insert it in space of ur skirt.

Insert ribbon and flowers in center of skirt.
